As a successful architect in Southern California, Ron has consistently demonstrated architectural and management expertise for nearly 45 years. His resume includes associations with some of the most Prestigious Architectural Firms and Commercial Builders in the Country He was major team player in California projects such as The TransAmerica Tower in San Francisco, Pepperdine University in Malibu, The Jain Center in Buena Park, The Iskon Temple and cultural Center in Escondido and numerous other Supermarkets, Drug Stores and Retail Shopping Centers around the country.

Ron spent 12 years as Vice-President and Director of Design and Construction in the Shopping Center Division of Watt Industries in Santa Monica, Ca. His management experience with Watt Industries encompassed the entire scope of the project from Design and Schematics to Construction. As a result, he has an appreciation for the precise coordination efforts it takes to take a project from initial conception to completion. He maintains a “hands-on” approach to each individual project including:

• Zoning, Planning & City Approvals
• Plans & Specifications
• Budgets & Cost-Saving Applications
• Contractor & Sub-Contractor Negotiations
• Final Approvals & Management

Ron graduated with a B.S. in architectural from the J.J. School of Architecture in Bombay , India in 1965. After beginning his career in London, England, he moved to Los Angeles where he established employment and industry contracts in the area.
In June 1993 he decided to expand his career and began L.T.I. Inc in Orange County, California. Ron was also featured on television as one of the leading pioneering Architects of Southern California.
